RTT accesses the root cause of anxiety by identifying and reprogramming deep beliefs that fuel fear and worry.
Clients are guided into a relaxed hypnotic state where they discover the origins of their anxious thinking—often formed in childhood or past trauma. By reframing those beliefs, clients feel calmer, safer, and more in control.
